Now we are talking. This is currently the best gin in the UK (LSC 2019) and at 45% ABV we sure know why. Its unique combination of Scottish heather, black cardamom and kaffir lime leaves a zesty feeling inside.
All the CAD Gins are handcrafted and distilled in Oxfordshire. CAD use the award winning mineral water from the Blenheim Palace Estate which gives each of our gins a super smooth finish.
OX44 GIN (45%ABV)
Nose: fresh notes of kaffir lime leaves with earthy coriander, backed up by sweet, piney juniper with a hint of mulberry and Scottish heather.
Palate: extremely smooth with a pine, juniper spice and a citrusy lemon and orange taste. A touch of dryness from the angelica root, with the subtleties of mulberry and heather.
Finish: elegant and balanced, leaving some cooling notes from the heather and cardamom.
