A truly wonderful centrepiece for any occasion. This dressed salmon platter can serve up to 10 people. The salmon is on a bed of samphire grass and decorated with cooked prawns, lemon wedges. Banderillas D’Anchois (Anchovy with Olives, capers and cherry tomatoes. All ingredients is edible as presented on the platter.
