Our lamb is sourced from Oxfordshire and surrounding countries. Our lambs are mainly Texel and Suffolk breeds and graze on meadow grass and wildflowers which helps to produce a uniquely sweet and succulent flavour. The lamb is still hand prepared by in the same way we did 227 years ago. Whatever the time of year, lamb is always a very popular choice.
