Our grass-fed beef is selected from low intensity UK farms including areas of Protected Geographical Indication areas (PGI). The beef is matured on the bone for up-to 35 days in controlled dry age chambers, allowing the meat to relax and adding to the flavour and tenderness. All beef is carefully prepared by our master butchers with the knowledge you will be getting the very best beef- the result of 227 years of working with the best breeds, farmers and butchers.
